Personal data processing principles
The Personal Data Processing Policy has been prepared in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR).
The Personal Data Processing Policy describes the purposes of processing personal data and the manner of processing, informs about the individual categories of personal data processed, their potential recipients, the retention period of personal data and the rights of the subject in relation to personal data.
The personal data processing principles apply to:
the processing of personal data carried out by the controller during the use of the website by the entity of which the controller is the operator (website)
processing of personal data by the controller in the course of performance of contracts with business partners
the processing of personal data in the performance of the controller's legal obligations
processing of personal data necessary for the purposes of protecting the legitimate interests of the controller and/or its business partners
processing of personal data carried out by the controller on the basis of consent
What is personal data
Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (data subject). An identifiable natural person is a natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier (name, number, network identifier) or to one or more specific physical, physiological, genetic or mental elements of the data subject.
